Due to continued growth and success, I have 3 opportunities for People & Culture Advisors to join a team and help drive the people strategy behind a complex, fast-paced and highly technical workforce.
This is not your typical HR role!Working alongside engineering leaders, project managers and technical specialists, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the people, culture and workforce capability remain aligned to project delivery, operational excellence and future growth.Whether it's supporting workforce planning for major projects, navigating employee relations in a blue-collar environment, partnering with leaders to maximise performance, or helping attract and retain specialist technical talent, your impact will be seen across the entire organisation.
As a trusted advisor, you'll partner closely with business leaders to deliver practical and commercially focused people solutions. You will provide expert guidance across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, talent development and organisational change while influencing a culture focused on safety, innovation and continuous improvement.You'll support leaders navigating complex workforce challenges, assist with driving employee engagement initiatives, contribute to strategic HR projects and ensure compliance with employment legislation, industrial instruments and company policies.You'll also play a key role in supporting project mobilisation activities, workforce capability planning and talent strategies that enable the organisation to meet both current and future operational demands.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources / People & Culture professional who thrives in operational environments and enjoys partnering with leaders to solve real business challenges.
