NEPC is seeking to fill an administrative assistant position in our Charlotte office. The role is supporting six or more Consultants on our Healthcare consulting team. The role will consist of preparing and editing correspondence, as well as creating, updating and reviewing presentation materials and working with spreadsheets. This person is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of client data in our company client relationship database; coordinating and scheduling travel and meetings; copying, assembling, and monitoring the compilation of meeting materials; print and graphic support; and various mailings. You will also coordinate client and team meetings, including set up of conference space, ordering and organizing catering and other meeting needs as required. You will also organize and process expenses for each consultant supported within Concur. Administrative Assistants also act as back up for the Receptionist.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, ability to solve problems independently and professional attitude required. Strong Microsoft Powerpoint skills and Concur travel and expense reporting experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will be an independent worker, but also a team player. Bachelor’s degree and/or related administrative experience required. Must be a team player and be detail oriented, and able to prioritize workload.
