Trader Assistant (Investment desk) – Leading hedge fund – up to £100k base + 50-100% bonus

They have had significant returns over the past five years and provide the ideal platform for candidates wanting to work on the investment desk. On a daily basis tasks would include sourcing prices, oversight of execution, supporting specific PMs / traders, managing risk, speaking to the street and booking trades. There is a high emphasis placed on someone who is dynamic, commercially aware and prioritises automating tasks at every opportunity, while running projects alongside the investment desk and quant teams.

The hire will be encouraged to complete multiple training courses, CFA exams and actively improve his/her skills in VBA, SQL and Python.

Candidates should be smart, current trade support/MO/TA professionals, from an IB or hedge fund, with a strong derivatives skill set.

The role can pay up to £100k on the base salary alongside a 50 – 100% bonus.
