About the Role

As a Senior Integrated Producer , you'll lead the production of high-end, integrated projects and digital campaigns. Acting as the primary point of contact, you'll manage projects from client briefing to delivery, ensuring all work exceeds expectations. You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, bringing ideas to life while fostering long-term client relationships. We are looking for someone passionate about creating impactful work and driving innovation in every project.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and exceptional execution.
• Scope, budget, and plan projects, creating realistic schedules and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to produce high-quality work.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to deliver innovative solutions.
• Meet monthly and annual targets, contributing to the growth of business accounts.

About You
The essentials:

• 5+ years of experience producing integrated digital projects, preferably within agency or digital marketing environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (e.g., social, display, video, search) and deliver on client objectives.
• Proven ability to manage high-stakes accounts and build strategic partnerships.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex workflows across teams and time zones.
• A deep understanding of the digital business objectives of global brands.
• Passion for creative problem-solving and delivering impactful results.

Not a must, but a plus:

• Hands-on experience with emerging technologies and innovative production techniques.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global agency environment.
