EC1 is working with an exciting FinTech that allows large institutions to trade globally. This leading organisation with an impressive brand is looking to hire an expert Algorithmic Trading Developer / Architect to design and build a global trading platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer an algorithmic trading platform that is scalable with low latency capability.
- Work and collaborate with the Quants to implement models and signals.
- Understand client feedback and make changes to the platform that will enhance the product offering.
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience developing low latency trading platforms.
- Exceptional programming skills and grasp of software engineering principles with 5 or more years programming in Java as well as experience with Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of equities, futures, or derivates.
- Previous experience implementing quant models, performing statical analysis and back-testing strategies.
