We are searching for an experienced Payroll Manager

As a Payroll Manager, you will directly manage and empower a team ofpayroll professionals that include Team Leaders, Seniors and PayrollExecutives. You will report to the Associate Director for your office, and youwill take responsibility for the operation and profitability of your team'sclient portfolios. You will be a point of escalation for technical andcommercial issues encountered by your teams, and ensure theaccurate and timely delivery of HR, Payroll and Pension Administration servicesfor various clients in accordance with statutory regulations.
A key feature of the role will be to lead and effectively manage the team toensure our clients receive a quality service in all respects. Working closelywith the Senior Leadership Team, you will also contribute to our strategicbusiness objectives of growth, client experience, efficiencies andfinancials.
This is a pivotal role, with the opportunity to make a positivecontribution towards the overall future development and long-term success ofthe payroll teams and office. Continuingly adapting to changing landscapes andwith a brilliant infrastructure of specialists you will be at the forefront ofpayroll, becoming a key figure within the group developing our staff to become"Beyond Ordinary".
