We Offer

  • An interesting Posiiton as Data Leakage Prevention Domain Lead in the Data Protection and Application Security organization.
  • You will have direct responsibility for Design, Delivery, Operational and Control Effectiveness of the banks Information Rights Management, Cross Border Restricted Data Access and Data Leakage prevention capabilities.
  • Currently TSS DPAS provides a DLP capability across several channels (e.g. Mail, Web, USB), Information Rights Management solutions to classify and protect data onsite and Cross-border solutions to limit access to sensitive data. The capability domain lead will drive the expansion of scope of DLP to cover additional channels (e.g. IM, Print..), support additional platforms (e.g. IRM for 0365) and enhanced Cross-Border and External Cloud capability through the use of Data Encryption and Data Masking etc.
  • You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that technology services are being delivered at levels necessary to support business outcomes while being able to demonstrate overall control effectiveness through the development and delivery of capability KRI/KPIs. The role will have direct and indirect line management responsibilities for Product and Service Manager within the DLP domain as well as setting Engineering priorities and engagement with operational leads to ensure the capabilities are maintained and operated within agreed OLA/SLAs.
  • Your initial focus will be on the introduction of a new Sensitive Data Control capability of strategic importance to the bank. This solution will support the banks work force strategy plans enabling controlled access to sensitive data within and across country / regional boundaries. An in-flight project aims to deliver a base level of capability during this year; the DLP Domain lead will be responsible to bring this capability into the wider DLP service offering, ensure it meets stakeholder needs and oversee the extension of current capability to meet long term strategic goals.

You Offer
  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related subject; alternatively an equivalent education in one of these topics
  • Proven track record of 5+ years' experience in an equivalent role and 10 years of progressively responsible experience in IT.
  • Proven track record of defining strategy and delivering complex IT services to a diverse clientele, leveraging ITIL best practices (Service Design, Transition, Operation, Improvements)
  • Ability to effective navigate in complex IT organization (global exposure, diverse IT technologies/services on different levels L1, L2, engineering)
  • Superior communication skills in English; extremely high standard of written communication including preparing & giving presentation for senior management
  • Clear understanding of IT infrastructure components and information security (in particular solutions protecting data against leakage) is essential, a depth and breadth of supporting technical knowledge or specialisms is advantageous
  • Experience in taking accountability for the challenges in your product portfolio
  • Proactive and goal-driven personality
  • Experience in IT in within the financial sector will be helpful
  • ITIL certification at Intermediate level will be an asset
  • Security certification is an advantage: CISSP, CISA, CISM
  • German language is not a must, but beneficial
