Job Description

A fast-growing Swiss real estate investment and development group in Plan-les-Ouates is seeking a Transaction Manager to lead and execute high-value real estate transactions across the Swiss market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prepare real estate investment opportunities
• Conduct market analysis, strategic monitoring, and competitive intelligence
• Manage acquisition projects proactively in collaboration with internal teams
• Perform valuations, due diligence, and analysis of real estate assets and portfolios
• Coordinate and oversee the full transaction process from opportunity assessment to closing
• Lead negotiations and draft contractual documentation related to transactions
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and business partners
• Present investment opportunities to the investment committee
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across asset management, development, architecture, and construction teams
• Coordinate with external stakeholders including brokers, legal and technical experts, valuers, authorities, and notaries

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Law, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland
• Established sourcing network within the real estate sector is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, proactive, and highly organized working style
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to manage priorities under pressure
• Passion for construction and real estate
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong team spirit
• Desire to deliver value-added solutions to clients beyond standard services
• Fluency in French and English; German is a plus
