How you will create an impact:

• Lead complex commercial strategy and transformation projects from problem definition to implementation.
• Structure ambiguous challenges, challenge simple answers, and turn insights into pragmatic solutions.
• Advise insurers on commercial excellence topics such as go-to-market, sales, distribution, customer journeys, digital / AI strategy, product-management, and pricing.
• Manage project teams, workstreams, budgets, timelines, and quality with a clear focus on client impact.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with senior client stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop junior team members while contributing to business development and Practice growth.

Your profile:

• You bring several years of relevant experience in management consulting or in a commercial strategy or transformation role within the insurance industry and a good understanding of key market dynamics and industry-specific challenges.
• A proven track record of leading complex projects and teams with strong ownership and delivery discipline.
• A structured problem-solving approach and the confidence to operate effectively in uncertain and evolving situations.
• A hands-on, pragmatic mindset paired with high analytical standards and sound commercial judgment.
• A confident and credible presence with senior stakeholders and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strong leadership skills and genuine motivation to coach and develop younger colleagues.
• Entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities, win work, and help scale our Insurance Practice.
• Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel as required.
