We have partnered with a growing global asset manager to recruit for a Sales Manager, covering wholesale clients across the Nordic and Benelux markets. Whilst there are existing clients to manage, the purpose of the position is to contribute to new client strategy and growth.
As an Asset Raiser for the Nordics and Benelux regions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence. Your primary responsibility will be to drive asset growth by building and maintaining relationships with predominantly wholesale clients. This role requires a proactive approach, leveraging your existing industry contacts and demonstrating a deep understanding of the investment landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target wholesale clients across the Nordic and Benelux regions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the UCITs fund range, providing clients with in-depth knowledge and insights.
- Identify and prioritise potential clients, conducting thorough market research and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate closely with the global sales team, providing valuable input to enhance the overall sales strategy.
- Effectively communicate the company's value proposition and investment solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Track record of successfully engaging with clients and raising assets in the asset management industry, within the Nordic and Benelux regions.
- Existing network of contacts within the industry, with a focus on wholesale clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA is a plus).
- Strong understanding of fund structures and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively in a global business environment.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
