Key responsibilities: The TPRM Analyst position has the following key responsibilities: - Oversee, manage and prioritize incoming requests for information. - Coordinate and supervise responses to due diligence requests from clients and prospects, responsible for information gathering and information provision. - Coordinate audits involving the TPRM department. - Assist in production and maintenance of TPRM related documentation. - Track, coordinate and follow up on continuous improvement tasks;
The Risk Management Analyst position has the following responsibilities: - Scheduling and minuting Risk Committee meetings. - Production of monthly KRI reports and dissemination to TriOptima senior management and board, as well as to Osttra Group Risk Management. - Maintaining TriOptima's RIsk Framework documentation under supervision from the TriOptima Risk Committee. - Ensuring annual reviews of RCSAs and risk appetite are conducted by the business. - Monitor risk items and escalate items which are unassigned or overdue to the TriOptima Risk Committee. - Briefing of senior management on existing, emerging, and potential future risks and actions that can be taken under various scenarios. - Liaise with Osttra Risk Management to ensure alignment of TriOptima Risk Management with that of the Osttra group. - Monitor internal risk events and ensure that risk incidents are reported and follow TriOptima's policies and guidelines. - Assist the TriOptima business with annual risk assessment, assessments for new business initiatives and ad-hoc assessments.

Willingness to learn new things and quickly grasp new concepts.
Qualifications: - bachelor's degree in business, finance or technology discipline. - minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
