Digitalisation has accelerated income growth and lower structural costs, boosting operating leverage for our Bank . We have established a management and measurement system to drive customer engagement through a robust methodology to track financials - Digital Value Capture (DVC). Our team's focus is to drive acquisition and engagement for our digital banking platform.
The role will drive the success of digital usage to meet established business targets.
The incumbent will be responsible leveraging digital insights to identify opportunities to increase awareness of features on our digital platform and acquire new users using our own media and external media. Responsibilities
Achieve acquisition, usage and DVC customers migration targets through campaign and other marketing activities both internal and external. End to end campaign execution - ideation, implementation, coordination, tracking and analysis of results Briefing of campaigns to Marketing team to ensure contents are align with business objective and ensure timely submission of artworks, eDMs, SMS messages for campaigns execution Work closely with Business Analytics and Customer Engagement teams to map out customer journeys to identify opportunities and increase digital usage Engage and collaborate with Product managers, and frontline departments. Support with materials for internal knowledge growth such as training and joint customers education programs Own or support short term initiatives/projects that will contribute to the vision of developing best-in-class digital journeys. Working with external vendors and internal cross functional units to deliver the stated objectives and scope. Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a related position and with an interest in digital transformation. High energy level and resourceful personality. Eye for details and with a sense of urgency. Experience with campaigns planning and execution Experience in studying online funnels and customer acquisition data Experience with Adobe Analytics is advantageous. Intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
