Job Description Summary The Operations Lead is typically responsible for the supervision and oversight of a team and/or of workflow and functions. The Lead may perform regular business activities but in the main has responsibilities for people management, workflow, training and performance of controls. This would include to a large degree oversight of performance to Key Performance, Risk Indicators and Service level agreements. They have expertise or deeper understanding of process, product and/or the business and play a key role in facilitating communication between functional teams, sharing knowledge and good practice.

Your key responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • MIS: Analyze regional KYC production data from multiple sources and deliver logical conclusions on KYC Production/KPI adherence, data discrepancies and define proposed mitigation steps
  • Analyse data for:
    • Planning: Population forecasting for resourcing and budget planning
    • Work allocation: Define case allocation for country production teams & reconciliation against golden sources
    • Meeting KPI: Track adherence to SLEs and KPIs, and identifying potential solutions to resolve production issues/achieve KPIs
    • Reporting: Generating & distributing reports (MIS) to KYC Ops and Front Office stakeholders. Preparation of materials for senior leadership forums.
  • Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to implement changes
  • Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes 

Your skills and experience:

  • 5 years of experience in Business analysis in the financial services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all tiers in the organization.
  • Able to assess inputs from stakeholders, analyze a situation and selecting a right plan of action.
  • Technical Skills: To identify business solutions, be fully aware of existing technology platforms and emerging technologies within the organization. Be able to determine potential outcomes they can achieve through current applications and new offerings. Strong knowledge or ability to learn MS Excel is required / other reporting tools
  • Analytical Skills: Good analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into operational processes. Able to analyze data and workflows to deliver problem solving solutions.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
