The Company

We are seeking a motivated Java Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience in financial services technology. The role will focus on designing, developing, and supporting trading system infrastructure across digital assets, integration with custodians, middle and middle office systems while also offering exposure to emerging digital trading platforms.


The Role

• Design, develop, and implement trading system components supporting end-to-end workflows (order management, execution management, booking, and risk reporting).
• Build and maintain connectivity to external exchanges, market data providers, and vendor platforms to ensure seamless trade execution and processing.
• Support client/account management systems (account data, transaction databases) and integrate with internal risk, compliance, and operations functions.
• Collaborate with Trading, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams to define requirements, deliver technical solutions, and improve system performance.
• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshoot issues across applications, databases, and connectivity layers.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation of new features and enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships related to market access and trading infrastructure.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of IT engineering/development experience in Digital Assets/Blockchain, financial services, trading firms, or financial technology vendors.
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL), APIs, and integration with external platforms (e.g., market/exchange connectivity, KYC/AML tools).
• Experience in Java is a must.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to collaborate across business and technology functions.
