FVP, Host Security & Crypto Keys Admin, CISO

The role will establish and manage IT Security operation service level process so as to ensure project is delivered timely. He/she will supervise collection and /or production of data required to feed KPIs and KRIs, follow up progress on action plan and keep record history in order to produce tendencies over time.

Responsibilities

The role will actively coordinate and corporate with other IT and IT security teams to ensure best IT security practices and deliverables. He will contribute to IT quality and process improvement and work closely with System, Network and Application teams to closure of non-compliance issues.
In addition, the candidate will ensure the work is conducted adhering to Information Security industry standards, best practices and compliance (including firewall, data protection customer and personal data) and other regulatory requirements. This includes the security hardening over various Operating platform and system (AS400,Mainframe, Windows and UNIX), security Access control management on various Operating System and infrastructure, privilege Account Management and Solution and maintain all security baseline standards for O/S platforms and systems.
He/she will be required to minimize operational risks and risk of fraud by implementing regular, continuous and sufficient controls related to operating platform and infrastructure. As a team leader, he/she will provide day to day guidance to the security operation team, document SOP for the team, and provide necessary guidance for new and existing staff.

Requirements

The role should have a general banking knowledge with significant experience working for FI. Knowledge of standard IT Security concepts and methodologies as well as in state of the art technologies concerning Operating Systems, RDBMS, network and Cryptography are essential. A strong in Process engineering with technical competencies in system management of AS400 and Unix operating systems will be preferred.
The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in IT environment with 5 years in IT Security. A degree in Computer Science and information Security Certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA or other security-related accreditation) will be preferred. ITIL certification will be optional.
