Command Center Operator
Your Team This is a junior-level position. The Command Centre team provides monitoring and control function to the underlying IT infrastructure delivering services through the organization.
Your Mission - Monitor IT and Application Services
- Execute, check and report the batch schedule
- Manage IT alerts and involve 2nd level support when required
- Detect anomalies and unusual operating conditions
- Escalate service delivery failures or delays, triggering incident management and change management processes when required
- Be the single point of contact for operational interactions with selected providers
- Manage service, access and authorization requests
- Grant and log accesses to Data Centres
- Manage and operate control and automation tools
- Provide reports for daily operations to management and internal/external clients
What You Need - Shift hours is required (8 hours per shift between 00:00 to 24:00, including weekends and PH if required)
- Possess Diploma in IT, or has equivalent skills
- Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.
- Process orientated with good documentation and diagrammatic skills.
