We are looking for an experienced expert to help with local business operations.

Position:            Assistant Manager, Corporate services

Location:           Singapore

Scope of Responsibilities:
Handle the formation of Singapore and offshore companies independently
Handle opening of bank accounts for Singapore and offshore companies

Assist in handling full set of company secretarial documents independently
Assist in preparing annual compliance documents for Singapore companies such
as preparation of resolutions/minutes, online submission with ACRA, Annual
Return and Annual General Meeting, updating of statutory registers and minute
book etc.

Attending to client queries on setting up of companies and ongoing matters,
including but not limited to performing KYC and preparation of fee quotations and
engagement letters

Handle annual government fee renewal for offshore companies
Provide administrative support to the team
Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint
Handle ad-hoc assignments and provide liaison support in other matters from time
to time

Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree/Advanced Diploma from reputable institutions majoring in
Business Administration, Accounting, Law or related disciplines

Qualified Chartered Secretary or preferably graduate of ICSA or pursuing ICSA

Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in paralegal / corporate secretarial

Familiar with the Singapore Companies Act and have a good understanding of the
requirements of offshore companies

Flexible and willing to learn, well-organized, self-motivated with a strong sense of
responsibility, independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Mandarin and English
