Overview of Division/Department

Our Trade Services (TRS), a member of our Asia & Oceania Administration Department, is responsible for handling all trade related transactions which includes checking of documentary credits/collections, invoice financing relating to goods and services, freight financing, trust receipt etc.

Job Responsibilities
Your key roles & responsibilities include:

• Processing of daily trade related transactions (Letter of Credit (L/C) collections including payment)
• L/C confirmation, bills discounting
• Checking of Import and Export documents
• Corresponding with internal and external parties on trade related matters
• Preparing reports for management, local authorities and head office
