As an Associate in Location Control Management , you support the governance and control framework across supporting locations, partnering with stakeholders to promote a strong and effective control environment. You help coordinate governance activities, support committee processes, and contribute to risk and control reporting and analysis. You work closely with colleagues across businesses and functions to identify opportunities for process improvement, enhance operational efficiency, and support key control initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to develop broad organizational exposure while contributing to meaningful governance and transformation activities.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate submissions from lines of business and functional teams to support governance activities.
- Prepare high-quality committee materials and ensure timely delivery for review.
- Document meeting minutes, actions, and key outcomes from governance forums.
- Support the execution and continuous enhancement of governance and control processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement process enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen the control environment.
- Provide project management support for governance and control initiatives.
- Track project activities, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Analyze risk and control information to support reporting and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain reporting, automation, and workflow solutions.
- Contribute to team resilience by supporting key control and governance priorities.
