Corporate Compliance Specialist (Policies, Risk Management, Governance)

We are looking for a dynamic and eager individual to make a real impact as a Corporate Compliance Specialist in our Legal, Compliance & Risk team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) , with a strong background in supporting an organization's international compliance efforts related to policies, risk management and governance . This position supports the operation of our compliance framework and works closely with the Corporate Compliance Manager. It provides direct support for our business and internal functions on corporate compliance topics, such as Anti-Bribery or Competition Law. Prior experience in an internal legal or compliance role at an international consulting organization is highly desirable. The salary for this position ranges from PLN 13 000 to PLN 14 000, depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors such as industry background, technical competencies and interview performance may also influence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kucher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annual bonus. The bonus is paid in December and is based on the results of a 360-degree performance evaluation.

How you will create an impact:

• Corporate Compliance Advisory: Partner with internal stakeholders and business teams across the organization to support the effective execution of corporate compliance processes and provide practical advice on compliance-related matters.
• Policies and Governance: Support the development, review, implementation, and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and governance standards to ensure they remain effective, practical, and aligned with regulatory and business requirements.
• Risk Management: Support risk assessments, monitoring activities, and mitigation measures, and help business stakeholders respond to client compliance questionnaires and onboarding requirements.
• Compliance Operations: Help manage and improve day-to-day compliance processes, controls, and reporting, ensuring that compliance systems and workflows operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Training and Awareness: Contribute to compliance communications, guidance materials, and training initiatives to promote awareness and understanding of key compliance requirements across the business.

Your profile:

• University degree with proven experience in Law, Compliance or Governance, or demonstrable similar relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience within a legal, compliance or audit role.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in German or another EU language is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience using OneTrust to manage risks will be a significant advantage.
