Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join our Integration team in the Platform Solution APAC domain, with a specialized focus on data integration and orchestration using the Avaloq Core Platform (ACP) . This role is critical in ensuring that data flows seamlessly between internal systems and external interfaces, enabling efficient and reliable end-to-end processes across the banking platform.

Your key tasks

• Design, implement, and maintain integration workflows using ACP to connect internal systems and external services.
• Develop and support interfaces and APIs for real-time and batch data exchange, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and technical teams to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Document integration designs, data mappings, and technical specifications in line with best practices and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Good experience in software engineering, with a focus on Integration of third-party apps.
• Good knowledge and sound understanding of the following technologies: Java, Oracle SQL, Hibernate, Liquibase, Springboot, RESTful and SOAP services, Kubernetes, Docker
• Knowledge of security best practices and experience with implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience in Git/GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, CI/CD Tools, Jira, Confluence, VS-Code, IntelliJ IDEA, Postman, Jmeter, SonarQube, Spring Framework
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Eager to learn and understand the business needs aiming to provide clean designs and high-quality code.
