The Team
A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice in Amsterdam is a dynamic and fast-growing team that specializes in delivering Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) and growth strategy engagements. The team works closely with private equity clients, providing actionable insights and innovative solutions to complex challenges. How you will contribute
As a Senior Associate you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Private Equity Performance Improvement team:

• Commercial Due Diligence, Value Creation Planning, Post-Merger Integration and Performance Improvement Implementation.

• Advising and implementing commercially focused performance improvement programs for large PE portfolio companies across a wide range of industry sectors.

• Work to ensure that our CDD reports are realized in full and in the shortest possible time with a clear path to deliver the discussed value, cost reduction and the identified quick wins.

• Support delivery of projects with PE owned companies to improve their commercial performance and implement go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Due Diligence at a leading consultancy firm or Big Four.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
