Your Role in Our Story:

In essence, your role involves

• Leading and managing the trading of biomethane quotas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to expand our impact.
• Providing expert insights and staying ahead of legal and market developments related to biomethane quotas and renewable energy.
• Maximizing revenue from biomethane trading by leveraging our existing network and spotting new market opportunities.
• Supporting the registration process with environmental authorities, facilitating seamless trading transactions.
• Collaborating closely with the trading team, aligning on strategy, and sharing valuable market intelligence.

Your Expertise:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and attributes

• Fluency in both (Swiss) German and English and French or Italian is a plus.
• A Bachelor's/Master's, preferably in Business, Economics, or Finance.
• 0-3 years' experience in emissions trading, renewable energy certificates, or related environmental commodities.
• Willing to learn about and develop a niche industry.
• Persistent, Ambitious and Energetic.

• Understanding of the Swiss biomethane quota regulations.
• Exceptional analytical skills and comfort with complex regulatory details.
