Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop high quality 3D models, including characters, environments, and props.
• Work with meshes, lights, materials, shaders, and textures to bring assets to life.
• Ensure integration and visual quality within game engines.
• Participate in the elaboration of application workflows
• Adapt work based on feedback and review with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure assets meet project
• requirements.
• Assist in the optimization of 3D assets for performance and quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving workflows and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of working with meshes, lights, materials, shaders, and textures.
• Knowledge of texturing techniques and tools like Substance Painter or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of rendering methods.
• Knowledge with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Python or C# is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
