About the Client Our client is a leading financial services organisation operating across the Baltic States.

They are looking for an experienced Oracle ULA Consultant to support their Oracle licensing strategy, AWS cloud governance and preparation for an upcoming Oracle licensing audit.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oracle ULA Management: Review and manage the client's Oracle Unlimited License Agreement, ensuring effective licence utilisation, deployment tracking and compliance.
  
  
• AWS Cloud Governance: Oversee Oracle licence deployments across AWS cloud environments, ensuring accurate tracking and governance.
  
  
• Pre-Certification Strategy: Develop and implement a strategy ahead of the upcoming Oracle licensing audit.
  
  
• Audit & Compliance Risk Mitigation: Identify licensing risks, address compliance gaps and minimise financial exposure.
  
  
• ULA Lifecycle Financial Assessment: Evaluate licence utilisation, future requirements and cost optimisation opportunities.
  
  
• Stakeholder Management: Work with technical, cloud, procurement and compliance teams to align licensing with business requirements.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience managing Oracle Unlimited License Agreements (ULA).
  
  
• Proven experience in Oracle licensing, deployment tracking and governance.
  
  
• Experience with AWS cloud environments and Oracle licensing implications.
  
  
• Strong understanding of Oracle ULA certification, audit preparation and compliance risk management.
  
  
• Experience assessing Oracle licensing costs and ULA lifecycle strategies.
  
  
• Previous experience within banking, financial services or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
  
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Contract & Logistics

• Duration: Initial 6-month contract.
  
  
• Location: Fully remote.
  
  
• Location Preference: Lithuania, Latvia or Estonia.
  
  
• Eligibility: EU passport holders.
  
  
• Languages: Fluent English essential; a Baltic local language preferred.
  
  
• Rate: Open budget, quoted in euros.
