Associate - Corp Strategy & Development
The Corporate Strategy & Development position is responsible for the maintenance of strategic space planning's technical systems including TIAA's Integrated Work Management System (iOffice). This includes data governance and stewardship, data quality, metrics reporting, drawing updates and technical integrations with up and downstream systems. The person in this role is focused on the effective maintenance of CAD elements within the space allocation systems and supports planners by generating CAD test fits and concept sketches of planning solutions. In addition, this position will be responsible for coordinating small move, add and change (MAC) projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage AutoCAD drawings and the linking to the Integrated Work Management System (IWMS) to include:
Update drawings with as-build data
Polyline drawings for space information
Maintain CAD library including drawings and data integrity
Perform weekly data integrity and monthly drawing audits
Conduct quality audit checks
Ensure CAD standards and guidelines are followed and ensure adherence to documented standards
Post drawings to the appropriate web location
Ensuring accuracy and linkage to the IWMS system - Partner with vendor support on system issues
- Maintain report library, including distribution of reports, ad hoc changes to reporting and generation of new reports
- Maintain the CAD / IWMS standards manual and relevant job aids.
- Convert any metric drawings to square feet; all drawings to be maintained in square feet
- Ability to teach others how to use systems
- Assist with problem resolution during database management
- Maintain report library and perform regular checks on report data integrity
- Create new reports / dashboards; update existing reports / dashboards
- Coordinate MAC project imports between planning and iOffice for data import.
- Maintain confidential information, as it relates to knowledge of property lease changes and HR hire, transfer or terminations
- Generating CAD test fits and concept sketches of planning solutions
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred
