My client is an established and rapidly growing Fintech firm, headquartered in Hong Kong, which specializes in providing state-of-the-art technology solutions to institutional financial clients to help enhance their efficiency and profitability from trading complex financial products. They are seeking an experienced technologist to lead a brand-new suite of projects focusing on Real Time Analytics and Connectivity systems:

• Senior technologist delivering mission critical applications under Agile and TDD, as part of a flat-structured and high-calibre team of developers and working closely with their CTO, who has more than 20 years’ experience as a technology lead in Top Tier Investment Banks
• Technologies: Java, Spring, Hibernate, React, Hybrid Cloud, Microservices
• The role will offer extensive exposure on complex financial products, including how they are structured, and how technology can be applied to enhance profitability for their clients from trading such products

Previous working knowledge of financial markets is NOT required – potentially a great gateway for talented developers from outside of finance who are looking to break into the industry.
