My client is 1st Tier Family office and this is a new headcount and they are expanding their Finance Team in HK
The Role
1. Advanced FP&A & Strategic Planning
Create annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and multi-year financial models.
Analyze consolidated performance across private equity, real estate, and public markets.
Provide variance analysis and actionable cash flow projections for the Principal.
2. Data Analytics & AI Integration
Build dynamic financial dashboards using BI tools to track portfolio health.
Integrate AI and machine learning tools to automate routine reporting processes.
Deploy predictive analytics models to simulate various macroeconomic scenarios.
3. Fund Analytics & Investment Monitoring
Evaluate performance metrics for private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.
Calculate fund-level returns including
Review capital calls, distributions, and fee structures of external fund managers.
Your Profile
- Degree: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in FP&A, fund accounting, or investment analytics.
- Sector: Prior experience in a Family Office, Asset Management, or PE firm.
