Responsibilities

  • Support a diverse sales team within a leading IT software company specialising in providing targeted IT security solutions
  • Drive key requests from the sales team such as work on preparing for events, budgets and preparation for leadership meeting
  • Coordinate work schedules and diary arrangements
  • Interpret requests and help implement actions and or escalation needed
  • Assist in special projects and prepare for presentations to senior leadership

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in an administrative role (ideally in an IT company supporting the sales teams)
  • Proactive manage projects in a fast-paced work environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Detailed oriented, strong communication skills and capable to work independently
  • Good prioritisation skills and capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
