Your new company is a top-tier insurer with a strong presence across Asia, known for its focus on customer-centric insurance solutions and product innovation. They are looking for an Insurance Product Development Manager to drive new product initiatives and enhance existing offerings.

Your new role

• Lead the design and delivery of insurance product development initiatives, from ideation through to launch, in line with business strategy and market needs
• Perform market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform product design, positioning, and enhancement opportunities
• Develop and review product documentation and materials (e.g. product specifications, policy wording, marketing packs) to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. actuarial, compliance, operations, technology) to facilitate product implementation and regulatory requirements
• Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables, while contributing to ongoing product maintenance and enhancement activities

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance product development, actuarial, or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of insurance products and development life cycle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into product strategies
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across function
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
