The team
You will join a global Client Services and Client Lifecycle Management environment, working alongside stakeholders across business, technology, and architecture. The team supports high-impact onboarding and KYC initiatives and values collaboration across regions, with a focus on delivering practical solutions that support global business needs.
The position
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / IT Business Analyst to support onboarding and KYC transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, supporting solution implementation, and helping drive effective delivery across global teams and systems.
The role & responsibilities
- Work with business and client lifecycle teams to analyze, evaluate, and document OBKYC requirements.
- Support implementation of onboarding and KYC renewal solutions, including application forms and data integrations.
- Document business processes and IT processes clearly and accurately.
- Engage stakeholders and provide advice and support on onboarding and KYC solution-related queries or issues.
- Support product owners and stakeholders in prioritizing work and defining practical solutions.
- Identify risks, report risks, and help define mitigation actions.
- Contribute to a high-performing BA team and support the development of junior team members.
- Promote cross-region teamwork through collaboration and co-operation.
- Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to ensure decisions are understood and aligned.
The requirements
- Extensive knowledge of customer onboarding, KYC processes, and CDD requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience documenting user stories and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Experience working on global projects with global teams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of the development process and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer data integration development.
- Strong domain knowledge of onboarding and KYC renewal journeys from end to end.
- Professional English communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Development experience is a plus.
