We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary technology leader to drive the strategy, development, operation, and continuous evolution of AI infrastructure and supercomputing platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of critical AI computing environments that support innovation in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and data-intensive workloads.

The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of next-generation AI infrastructure capabilities, oversee mission-critical technology operations, and collaborate with internal stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and technology vendors to enable AI ecosystem and future digital transformation initiatives.



Key Responsibilities



Strategic Leadership & Infrastructure Governance

• Define and execute the technology roadmap for AI infrastructure and supercomputing environment.
• Provide strategic leadership for infrastructure architecture, platform governance, operational excellence, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, operating procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure secure, reliable, and resilient service delivery.
• Drive long-term infrastructure planning, capacity management, technology refresh cycles, and investment strategies.

AI Infrastructure & Platform Operations

• Lead the deployment, operation, and optimization of AI computing platforms, including GPU/CPU clusters, high-performance computing (HPC) systems, storage platforms, networking infrastructure, and containerized AI environments.
• Ensure high levels of system availability, resilience, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency across all AI infrastructure services.
• Oversee platform lifecycle management, performance tuning, workload optimization, and infrastructure automation initiatives.

Vendor & Service Management

• Manage strategic relationships with hardware vendors, software providers, cloud service providers, data center operators, and managed service partners.
• Oversee contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), regulatory compliance, risk management, service quality, and continuous service improvement programs.
• Ensure service providers consistently meet operational and business expectations.

AI Ecosystem Enablement

• Work closely with researchers, enterprise customers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to understand evolving AI, machine learning, generative AI, and data-driven computing requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and consultation to maximize the effective adoption and utilization of AI infrastructure services.
• Support user onboarding, platform enablement, technical troubleshooting, and performance optimization initiatives.

Security, Risk & Compliance

• Lead infrastructure security governance and ensure alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Conduct infrastructure risk assessments, control reviews, resilience testing, and remediation activities.
• Monitor infrastructure health, service performance, capacity utilization, and operational risks to proactively address potential issues.

Innovation & Technology Advancement

• Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies in AI infrastructure, including:
• GPU and accelerated computing platforms
• High-performance networking technologies
• Next-generation storage architectures
• Container and orchestration platforms
• AI model deployment and inference platforms
• Cloud-native and hybrid computing environments
• Stay abreast of industry developments and technology trends to support long-term AI strategy and innovation objectives.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead, mentor, and develop technical teams while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and performance metrics relating to infrastructure availability, utilization, service quality, risks, incidents, and capacity planning.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders on strategic initiatives, operational performance, and technology investments.

Key Requirements



Education

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree or professional certifications in Cloud Computing, AI Infrastructure, High-Performance Computing (HPC), Cybersecurity, Enterprise Architecture, or related areas will be an advantage.

Experience

• 12-15 years of progressive experience in AI infrastructure, enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud computing, GPU computing, high-performance computing (HPC), or large-scale technology environments.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams, service providers, and mission-critical infrastructure operations.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and operating large-scale infrastructure platforms with high availability and performance requirements.
• Strong experience in infrastructure governance, vendor management, cybersecurity, risk management, and technology strategy.
