Key responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process for corporate and individual clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout onboarding — proactively communicating timelines, requirements, and progress
- Collecting, reviewing, and processing KYB/KYC documentation, including UBO identification and verification
- Coordinating with the compliance team to ensure all onboarding cases meet AML/CTF requirements
- Performing initial risk assessments and routing cases appropriately based on client risk profile
- Identifying and resolving documentation gaps or blockers to keep onboarding on track
- Tracking onboarding pipeline and reporting on conversion rates, turnaround times, and bottlenecks
- Supporting periodic client reviews and remediation projects
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of onboarding processes, templates, and tooling
- 3–5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYB/KYC operations, or a related role within financial services, payments, fintech, or banking
- Solid understanding of KYB/KYC requirements and corporate structure documentation
- Familiarity with AML/CTF frameworks and the ability to apply them in a client-facing context
- Experience working with onboarding or compliance platforms and CRM tools
- Strong communication skills — able to manage client expectations clearly and professionally
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field
