As part of its continued investment in data, customer experience, and healthcare innovation, the company is seeking an Associate Director focusing on Proposition & Health Analytics to drive strategic initiatives that enhance customer value, improve business performance, and support sustainable portfolio growth.

Your new role

• Lead complex analytics projects across healthcare, claims, customer, product, and proposition functions.
• Deliver actionable insights to support commercial growth, customer engagement, and portfolio sustainability.
• Apply advanced analytics, predictive modelling, machine learning, and AI techniques to solve critical business challenges.
• Evaluate healthcare and proposition initiatives, providing recommendations to optimise performance and customer outcomes.
• Design and enhance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPI monitoring solutions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and analytics teams.
• Drive data-driven decision-making by translating analytical findings into practical business actions.
• Champion analytics best practices, data governance standards, and innovation within the organisation.
• Provide thought leadership and mentorship on analytics methodologies and emerging technologies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Healthcare, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or advanced analytics roles.
• Strong experience within insurance, healthcare, financial services, or other highly regulated industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare analytics, claims analytics, customer analytics, and business performance measurement.
• Proven hands-on experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, AI, and advanced analytical techniques.
• Strong technical proficiency in Python, SQL, SAS, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Track record of translating analytical insights into business actions and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience within Life & Health Insurance will be highly regarded.
