Job Description
Financial Reporting & Disclosure
- Assist in the preparation of interim and annual results and related materials
- Support preparation of reporting documents and presentation materials
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure timely publication
- Maintain reporting timetable and prepare internal analysis for management review
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentation materials and related documents
- Maintain investor and analyst contact database
- Monitor market developments, peer performance and research reports
- Support investor communication and engagement activities as required
- Prepare financial analysis and market benchmarking
- Support internal reporting on financial and performance metrics
- Conduct research and data compilation on industry trends
- Coordinate annual ESG reporting process in collaboration with external advisor
- Consolidate and review ESG data and information from internal stakeholders
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in listed company reporting, investor relations, corporate finance, audit, or equity research
- Experience supporting regulatory disclosures or financial reporting for listed companies is preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese;
