Context :

The Technology Partner Account Manager main mission will be to manage the commercial and contractual relationship with global third-party developers, in order to optimize the direct and indirect revenue generated through these solution providers, while supporting the company distribution and IT strategies.

Key accountibilities :

  • Assess third party requests based on the established commercial policy
  • Assess business opportunity and perform profitability analysis
  • Negotiate commercial conditions and partnership commitments
  • Define and maintain formal account management plans
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop business with accounts
  • Handle requests from the contracted third parties throughout the lifecycle of their applications
  • Drive the creation, execution and monitoring of Joint Partnership Plans
  • Request and monitor technical projects, solution implementations, task forces, optimisation project.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact and manage escalations
  • Track contracted third party performance and payment of agreed fees
  • Manage contract renewals or terminations
  • Document and maintain account management processes
  • Produce third party business reporting

Skills and competencies :
  • University degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering
  • Proficiency in English is essential (written and spoken) Relevant Experience
  • 5 to 10 years of professional experience, including relevant positions in Product Management, Business Development and/or Project Management.
