The Early Identification Leadership Program focuses on identifying, mentoring and hiring diverse talent for our summer analyst programs over a five-week period. The program provides mentorship, access to virtual learning (includes weekly online trainings), and panel discussions. Our Early ID Leadership Programs are aligned to:

As a participant, you will learn how to navigate the summer intern recruiting process, participate in technical trainings and business specific workshops and have a mentor guide you along the way. We provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.
Citi's Women's Leadership Program is a five-week virtual leadership program designed for undergraduate females in their 2nd year (ie. Class of 2023) of a Business/ Commerce related degree. We know you might need some help navigating the opportunities available, so we'll help you match your interests and the core skills you're looking to build by offering you an educational webinar series. Women's Leadership, Early ID Program:
-You are a current sophomore enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution and self-identify as female.
-All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements such as extracurricular activities, campus leadership; and interest in the financial services industry. A 3.3 GPA is preferred. Who we think will be a great fit...
