• Du übernimmst die strategische und operative Verantwortung für unseren Insurance-Bereich in Österreich und der Schweiz.

• Du führst und entwickelst unser 5-köpfiges Insurance-Team, fachlich und disziplinarisch weiter.

• Du steuerst den Bereich anhand relevanter KPIs, erkennst Potenziale und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Steigerung von Performance und Profitabilität ab.

• Du gestaltest unser Automotive-Versicherungsportfolio strategisch weiter.

• Du treibst die Optimierung unserer Prozesse voran und verbesserst dadurch Effizienz und Kund:innenerlebnis.

• Du verantwortest die Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partnern, führst eigenständig Verhandlungen und entwickelst nachhaltige Partnerschaften.

• Du stellst gemeinsam mit den internen Schnittstellen die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen sicher.

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.

• Du verfügst über Führungserfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche.

• Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Versicherungsvertrieb, im Produktmanagement oder im Insurance Operations.

• Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Leadership-, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten.

• Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.

• Du verfügst idealerweise über die erforderlichen Qualifikationen zur Übernahme der Funktion als gewerberechtliche:r Geschäftsführer:in für Versicherungsvermittlung in Österreich.

• Eine vorhandene Versicherungsmakler-Lizenz ist von Vorteil

• Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 4.500,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
