We are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to guide and coordinate successful delivery across a large and critical transformation portfolio. In this role, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of a key workstream/s within the Accelerate Program, translating strategic objectives into executable plans and ensuring outcomes are delivered in line with agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and target-state objectives.

Acting as the integrator across business, change, technology, and Accelerate stakeholders, you will drive execution, manage risks and dependencies, oversee reporting and relevant assurance activities, and maintain delivery momentum to achieve.

Oversee the Culture & Leadership and Resource Sufficiency workstreams of the Accelerate Program, ensuring seamless coordination, milestone tracking, and outcome realisation.

  • Own high-level planning, execution, and overall progress tracking for the workstream
  • Work closely with Stream and Program Leadership to oversee delivery, managing dependencies, risks, sequencing, and team alignment.
  • Drive alignment across other teams within the Program and the broader enterprise to meet timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes.
  • Define workstream-level delivery packages and align with the overall program on sequencing and integration
  • Lead the development of reporting material, critically assess statuses that are represented in line with delivery experience.
  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting of project status, risks, and key performance indicators to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
  • Oversee change control and scope governance for the workstream, including continuously validating alignment to target state outcomes
  • Ensure delivery evidence and artefacts meet program quality standards
  • Champion delivery best practices and continuous improvement through effective team structures and knowledge sharing
  • Foster a high-performance culture through team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and clear accountability.
  • Be an active participant in the PM Community of Practice to contribute to capability uplift and delivery excellence.

Must have experience:

  • Proven experience in managing large or complex programs/projects across multiple delivery streams.
  • Strong background in hybrid delivery environments (Agile/Waterfall), particularly involving people and culture, and business outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Prior experience working on transformation initiatives.
  • Prior experience working on risk management Programs, aimed at overall risk buy down.
  • Skilled in delivery management, risk management, reporting, and change management.
  • Proactive approach can operate autonomously and applies critical thinking to everything you do.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication skills including experience preparing reports for senior leadership and governance forums.

Nice to have:

  • Formal qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM).
  • Experience working in matrix organisations or highly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Exposure to Agile, Lean and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience in people and culture and resource sufficiency projects
