Your new role
This is an Adelaide-based Associate position on a 24 month fixed term contract, supporting two Investment Advisers. The role would suit an experienced Associate, ideally with 3 to 5 years in a similar wealth management or financial services support role. Duties will include:

Conduct client onboarding, account opening, ongoing account maintenance and portfolio administration

Support two Advisers with meeting preparation, follow up actions, proposals, pitch documents and review packs

Manage settlement obligations including funds and securities due, cash and asset transfers, margin calls, corporate actions, quote requests, IPOs and placements

Work closely with clients, Advisers and internal teams including Operations, Investment Solutions, Financial Planning and Wealth Management

Coordinate cash and stock transfers, corporate actions and international trading execution

Assist with client queries, routine account issues and documentation updates, with a strong focus on service and accuracy

Proactively manage annual reviews, risk profile renewals and expiring documentation

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in private wealth management, stockbroking, investment advice support or a similar financial services role

Ideally 3 to 5 years experience in an Associate or comparable client support role

Strong client service, communication and relationship management skills

High attention to detail, strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

A resourceful, self-starting approach with a high focus on compliance and service standards

Experience with AML/KYC, client onboarding or account maintenance would be highly regarded

RG146 accreditation, or willingness to obtain it quickly. Managed funds and securities capability would be highly regarded

Experience within wealth management or a similar sector is preferred
