We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Global Commercial Banking Division, responsible for development and execution of SMEs content strategy, including to content marketing mapping and distribution in order to drive brand awareness and customers' engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand business goals and key priorities and
  1. develop end-to-end content marketing strategy across Bought, Owned & Earned media for specific content marketing campaign
  2. conceptualize and develop content from ideation, to production and distribution
  3. manage 3 rd parties partnerships and content collaboration
  4. owe GCB's content calendar
  • Understand GCB's range of products and services and develop key content stories
  • Manage and build up digital & social agencies partners in their understanding of GCB's business
  • Manage and work with
    • external agencies to create and distribute compelling content and
    • internal teams such as corporate communications, product marketing and technical teams in order to plan, develop and execute content marketing campaigns on different social media and content platforms
  • Develop customer engagement scorecard and measurement structure
  • Manage overall content & project budget and demonstrate effective allocation

Qualifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Interactive Digital Media
  • Min. 8 years working experience
  • Strong knowledge in social media platforms
  • Great storyteller with excellent writing skills
  • Preferably with banking experience
  • Strong tenacity, flexible & resourceful to clear roadblocks and maturity to manage stakeholders & external agencies and partners
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently in a fluid environment and comfortable with multi-tasking
